Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. In this case, a late cancellation fee may apply.
